Privacy Stuck Up Kids respects your privacy. Your personal details will not be disclosed or sold. Your information is only to be used to process orders only.
Pricing All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive. Stuck Up Kids reserves the right to change prices without notice.
Ordering You can order any items from Stuck Up Kids secure online ordering or via email sales@stuckupkids.com.au
Payment Stuck Up Kids accepts Bank Deposit, Paypal or Money Orders. If you wish to pay via credit card this can be facilitated securely via Paypal. Goods paid for by cheque, money order or direct deposit will be dispatched when the payment has been received and identified. Please consider this may take up to 4 working days in some cases.
BACK-ORDERS Please check the listing description as some items are Special Orders. These items will take between 2 days and 3 weeks to be received by me. If you do require the items by a specific date please contact me and I will determine availability for you.
Exchanges Should your item not meet your expectations please contact us via email, phone or fax WITHIN 7 DAYS to arrange an exchange. Your satisfaction is important to us. Exchanges will happily be given if the item is unused, unworn, with all packaging and labels intact. The buyer shall pay postage charges. For any Special Orders a 25% restocking fee will be payable.
Faulty Goods Every item is checked and packaged carefully. Should an item be faulty, we urge the purchaser to contact us via phone, email or fax to discuss within 7 days of receipt, with labels and packaging intact. Stuck Up Kids will refund or exchange faulty items, on approval of fault. Refund will exclude shipping costs
